Please can any one help me with a problem I am getting.
We currently have a domain called 'TheZoo' which is our main domain in the
uk. We are currently in the process of setting up a company in Australia and
want to set up a vpn betwenn the two sites. I have been experimenting here
simulating setting up a child domain 'Australi.TheZoo' I have rread many
articles which tell me how to do this and have followed them to the letter.
I can get the two domains talking to each i.e. I can ping both servers and I
can browse the parent domain from the australian domain but I can not browse
the australian domain from the zoo.
I can ping by name so i know that dns is ok, I have installed wins to see if
that helps. I have removed the routers and connected the two servers
directly via a hub.
we are running Windows 2000 Server SP4 on both machines.
Can anyone point me to a step by step definitive artcle which shows all the
steps required to achieve this?
