Urgent!!!Fatal System Error!!!

I got a laptop with the following error message:
STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a
status of 0xc0000018 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

How am i going to solve this problem?!?!?

If you were unable to use the information provided in the link, then
either take the machine to a professional computer repair shop (not
your local version of BigStoreUSA) or contact the laptop mftr.'s tech
support.

There is no shame in doing this - I don't hesitate to take my car to the
mechanic. From your very brief description, it sounds like your laptop
is experiencing hardware problems and no one will be able to help you
with that except for the laptop mftr.

I sense that this is most likely a software error.
Your note book’s OS is probably corrupted.
