urgent! error reporting freezes pc

about 2 mins. after i sign on 'error reporting' comes on &
freezes whatever page i'm on. I have to sit & wait about
4 mins. until it finishes reporting, if indeed it is
reporting. This happens EVERY TIME! I disabled it in
windows xp.

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
