The "psinfo" command that is part of the freeware "PSTools" package
from sysinternals will give you this information. It will even work on
other computers over the network.

The responder must have been referring to some other version of Windows.
The date and time shown for pagefile.sys shows when the system was booted.
Event 6009 in the System event log also reflects the bootup date and time.
