Upspecified error mk:@MSITStore when accessing help files

Hello world
When trying to open help pages from various applications I am
constantly getting an Internet Explorer Script Error
The error says 'Unspecified Error'
and the URL begins with
'mk:mad:MSITStore:'
It then asks if I want to continue running scripts on this page?
If I select Yes the error reappears but sometimes if I click NO the
error disappears other times clicking NO results in the error
reappearing.
Can anyone solve this please

Thanks World

Hi,

Disable notifications about scripting errors. Control Panel/Internet
Options/Advanced tab

Enable (check) the line: "Disable script debugging"
Disable (uncheck) the line: "Display a notification about every script
error"

You might also run sfc /scannow as you may have damaged help control files.
