Upsize, when?

By upsize- many discussions, many problems and many solves:well, but one
primary question.
When is convenient, or necessary, upsizing an Access database?
I would known opinion of experts.

Upsize when Access can't give you something you need, such as:
- security
- hundreds of users
- transaction logs or triggers
- 24 x 7 operation (e.g. backup while live)
- tables with many millions of records.

Also to add to Allen's list can you recover by using last nights
backup? What happens if you have a corruption at the end of the day?
Do you have enough paper in place that you can redo the day's work?
If, for example, you are working in a call centre environment where
there is no paper backup then you should be considering using SQL
Server with only one or two users.
