Upsidedown desktop

Using WinXP Home. While trying to use some accessibility features in XP my
desk top suddenly turned upside down. I was able to use restore and get back
to normal. Anyone know what would cause this action?
 
There is a rotate function on NVIDIA video and some other drivers.
