Help! My whole screen is upside down

I recently turned on my laptop, and my screen is upside down, the whole
thing, the start menu is on the top and upside down and all my icons are now
upside down on the right hand of my screen. This is not because i moved the
start menu toolbar, i know how easy that is to fix. As i am writing this i am
reading this upside down, and my mouse is functioning opposite as well. Wehn
i move the mouse to the right my cursor goes left. Can anyone help me fix
this??? Sorry if there are mispellings, again i am typing upside down!!!

It's a feature of your video card, to support using a monitor that
works in portrait orientation. Try pressing Ctrl-Alt-Up Arrow (or
sometimes Ctrl-Shift-R) a couple of times.

It got that way because you hit that key combination by accident,
without realizing it.
