Upside down video screen

How do I contact Microsoft customer service with this
problem? Every attempt I make goes around in circles and
returns me to where I started. I would like to send an e
mail to customer service. Also where do I I go see any
answers to my postings?

Many graphics cards have software utilities that have the ability to alter
your display view. Change the settings, or get whoever altered them to do
so. Its not an MS prob.

actually this happens with divx when you try to watch lets say a divx 5
file with divx 3 codecs

if screen starts right way up until after login, it's probably a
"feature" of your SVGA drivers. Intel's built-in display drivers use
hotkeys such as Ctl+Alt+Down to rotate the display, and it's easy to
hit those keys in the heat of the game.

In Safe Mode, go into Settings, Control Panel and look for an Intel
(or other SVGA feature) icon. Look for a place to turn off display
rotation, as well as the stupid hotkeys for this.

In trying to alter my dad's accessibility options, using the accessibility wizard, I changed screen resolution to enlarge icons and voila! the screen had magically turned upside down. We need a fix!!

This is a function of the video card/drivers on your machine. Right
mouse click on desktop, pick properties,and find the video card controls
to adjust this.
