Try CTRL+ arrow keys, that often does this. Also, right-click your
desktop, choose Properties|Settings, click "Advanced". Someplace in
there you'll find what controls rotation of the screen image.
Start with Ctrl+Alt+Up arrow.
Play around with Ctrl+Alt+ other arrows if not.
You may also find the option in Control Panel-Display to rotate the
screen.
