UPS worldship crash's terminal

I've got a computer running win2k and it has UPS worldship
remote workstation. When the girl creates a UPS post her
computer crashes and restarts. She prints to a local UPS
label printer.
If anyone can help me that would be great.
 
Turn off Autoreboot(R-click My Computer, Properties, Advanced, Startup
and Recovery)

Next time it crashes you should have a very descriptive error message
that you can post so people can help.
 
Same Problem

I am having the same problem at multiple branches of my company. Was there a solution to this problem?
