I am trying to upload video to snapfish.com. My brother has the same camera
and has no problems. The only difference we can tell is that I am using
Vista and he is still using XP. The error I am getting is "you can upload
files of types jpg, jpe, jpeg, zip only". It appears as a Internet Explorer
box. Is that something I can correct in internet options? If so where? Or
is it a Vista problem? Help this is driving me crazy!

This sounds like a problem with the website where you are trying to upload
the videos? They only allow jpg, jpe, jpeg, zip files to be uploaded.

Is there a way to change a mpg file to jpeg?

No. MPG is a video format and JPG is an image format.

The website does say that you can upload .ZIP files, maybe you could zip the
video file and upload it that way?

"fine print" the only thing that can be in your zip is jpg. Nice!
I contacted Snapfish as well they confirm, only jpg uploads.
Thanks for your help!! Wierd my brother has the same camera and his video
records in jpg.

As far as I know you cannot record a video in jpg format. Jpg is a static
(still) picture format. Your brothers camera may have an option that allows
him to take a snapshot of a particular scene while he is recording a video,
but this snapshot is saved as a jpg image separately from the video he is
recording.
