Upload resume on company website

When I'm filling out an online job application, it asks to upload resume--I
click on 'browse', then click on the resume I want to use, and the path and
file name appear in a space next to the 'browse' button. After I click on
'submit' on the app, my resume doesn't go through--it's not checked off on a
list of categories in the profile I'm trying to set up with the company. I
have XP with SP2. Can anyone help?

Verify the program used to create the resume and format.
Perhaps you are using an unsupported program or the program is to old.
Try again at a later time.
Contact the personnel department to see if there are issues at their end.
 
Jupiter Jones--I was out all day, didn't see your reply. My saved resumes
are in Word, an Office 2003 upgrade to XP. Good idea, to ask the webmaster
if other users have had any issues. I'll do that.
