Upload Error

I tried submitting a zipped Excel 2007 file to an e-Blackboard as an
attachment & got the error message: "Error uploading file - 16,
SUCCESS: 135647986360110". What does this mean? What can I do to
correct it?

Is the file attachment too big? Any invalid characters in the file name
(alphanumeric)?

You can try contacting the Blackboard administrator with the error message.

You can try contacting the Blackboard administrator with the error message.

Contacted the administrator. The problem was that I didn't have the
right Java version. I needed 5.7 or 5.11 for that to work.
