Is there a lesser cost to upgrade to XPpro from Win 2000? If you have a COA
for Win 2000 on a device what do you do when upgrading to XPpro?

Thanks
Bob

In order to upgrade to Windows XP Professional,
you need to purchase a "Retail Upgrade Version"
of Windows XP Professional and use the CD
and Product Key that comes with it. The COA
for Windows 2000 can only be used to install
Windows 2000.

There is only one Upgrade edition. What you are upgrading from doesn't
matter and doesn't affect the price.
