Upgrades and licensing

Hi,
We have 22 computers using XPPro(15) and a mix of 98/ME for the rest. They
are attached to a 2000 Server box and a Sun Server. Do I have to re-license
the XPPro machines? If I upgrade to Pro from the 98/ME computers; what should
I get? Licenses? Upgrades- do they come with licensing?

It depends on how many. A volume license is cheaper only if there
are a significant number.

No you don't have to pay each year for XP. You pay enough in the
