Upgrading XP

I am getting this message error after I upgraded my lap
top XP version from the internet:

1. Invalid Boot
2. Load needed DLLs for Kernel.

What do you mean by 'XP version from the internet'?

Posted 'as is'. If there are any spelling and/or grammar mistakes, they
were a direct result of my fingers and brain not being synchronized or my
lack of caffeine.
