Upgrading XP Home and 2K Pro

OS Purchase question all:

I have a laptop with XP Home.
I have a desktop with 2K Pro.

I want to upgrade them both. Can I buy one copy of XP Pro
and two licenses to upgrade them both, since both XP Home
and 2K Pro will upgrade to XP Pro?

Can anyone tell me the cheapest way to go and give me some links?
I don't want to by two XP Pros to upgrade both machines and I'm not
sure if the OEM Versions that I see cheap on the internet would allow
me to get a 2nd license from Microsoft to upgrade both machines with
1 package and two license purchases.

Rob;
There is no much of a savings on just the license.
Often you can get Windows XP locally for less than the discounted
license.

Hi Rob,

From what I have read, its cheaper to buy two XP Pro
upgrade CD`s then buying a second license. Also you might
want to consider buying XP Pro full install, incase you
need to re-install the OS, that way you don`t need to
install W2K or XP home first to install the upgrade.

A full install can be done with an Upgrade cd. You just need to have your
original cd from your previous OS to insert when it asks for a qualifying
product.

Thanks everyone. Having qualifying product for both, sounds like my best bet
is to go buy two upgrades and just forget about licensing and full version to
save money.
I know all you guy's time was valuable. Thanks for helping me out and
preventing me from wasting mine with a bad decision.
