I'm about to upgrade an onboard 8 meg graphics with a 64 meg video card. Can
some one explain the process of doing this? Do I have to disable the
existing graphics in the BIOS first? What is the process?
Thanx
Simon

Hi Simon,

If you haven't done this by now, uninstall your current graphics card in
Hardware device manager, then reboot and access your Bios then disable the
onboard graphics card then shut your PC down.

Install your new card and boot up and load the drivers when XP finds the
card and asks for them.

Hope it goes smoothly
