upgrading to XP using OEM CD

I would like to upgrade to XP and need to know if I can use my NT4.0 OEM
CD from my compaq as qualifying media....the product key actually has
"oem" in the middle.It is home that I am thinking of upgrading to.

NT 4.0 can only be upgraded to XP pro
