Upgrading to SP4 means no 98 authentication

Hi,
I'm running a Windows 2000 network in native mode. I am upgrading from SP2 to SP4. This also happened when I upgraded from SP2 to SP3. None of my NT4.0,98 or 95 clients can now authenticate to my DCs.

I can roll back to SP2 and everything works fine.

What is the deal?
