At my job we have a specific program in which we create most of our
documents. I'm a Firefox user but cannot print from it out of this program.
The program is web-based and was appearantly built on the IE format. That
was when everyone was using IE 6. With the upgrade to IE 7 we began to have
problems. This is what happens:
If you try to print a single page document it will print fine. If you print
multiple pages things start moving up the page. First it's just a little
above the line, then it gets higher until eventually, with a 5 or 6 page
document, you have half of one page and half of the next on the same page.
(I hope I'm making sense)
Anyway, we've had to uninstall IE 7 from all computers and continue to use
IE 6. While that is fine for now the day will come when we will be forced to
upgrade.
The computers we are using are all running Windows XP, they are Dell
desktops, and we are on a wired network sharing two printers between 7
computers.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
