Upgrading Terminal Services License server to 2003

If I upgrade my DCs to 2003 (one of which is the TS license server), do I
need to upgrade my 2000 TS cals if all of the terminal servers are remaining
2000? Thank you in advance.
 
No, that's not needed.
It is the version of the OS on the Terminal Server which decides
which version of TS CALs you need.
