Upgrading Office 2000 on ternimal Server

I am looking for Documents or best practices for upgrading Office 2000 to
Office XP on Terminal server 2000. I cannot find anything that shows how to
upgrade from office 2000. What the best way to do it and what I mean is it
best to uninstall office 2000 and install office XP or do an upgrade? Any
information would be greatly appreciated.
 
It's possible to upgrade, although I'd recommend that you do so in a test
environment first, to avoid being the scorn of your office. When you do so,
use the Office XP Resource Kit's Custom Installation Wizard to create a
transform that does what you want with the 2000 install, i.e. migrate Outlook
Settings.
