upgrading NT server 4.0 sp6 to W2K Pro

I'm wondering if there is any way to upgrade my NT server
to W2K Pro - I'm only using some of the mac file/print
sharing thing in server (and I could share with the mac
using other software). Thanks

There is no upgrade path from any version of server to any version of
workstation.
