Upgrading NT 4 Domain to Windows 2000

I am looking for any info on what the best process is to
upgrade my current NT 4 Domain to a Windows 2000 domain.
 
read my best practices and dns paper in the download section of mcse2000.com
but consider a local consultant to assist you if you are not totally
familiar with 2000 as it is COMPLETELY different from NT4.
