Upgrading MS Outlook

Currently I am running MS Office XP Pro and need to
upgrade to Outlook 2003. Can this be done without
upgrading all of Office? What is the best way to license
the upgrade? Is it an upgrade?

Well you can buy stand alone version upgrade.
Is there a specific reason to upgrade OL, only?

At this time I only need OL2003 and the full upgrade is
very expensive. Any ideas where there may be a deal on
the software?

You cannot get a deal, other than by buying upgrade edition of Office.
But why do you need to upgrade OL?
