upgrading hard drive

Is it possible to upgrade your hard drive with Win XP
without doing a fresh install? Transfer existing
installation to a new hard drive?

Maybe around where you're from, but most certainly not in these parts of the
world...

Anyway, if you don't get any such utilities CDs look into getting
Symantec/Norton Ghost, PowerQuest DriveImage or PowerQuest Partition Magic,
they should all be able to do just that.
