Upgrading frontpage 2000

I currently am working with Frontpage 2000, but looking at purchasing
Frontpage 2003. Should I purchase an upgrade, or purchase the full version?
I don't want to lose anything in an upgrade.

The upgrade has all the same features as the full version so I would get the
upgrade. It's just a cheaper price for previous owners, no reduced
functionality.
