Upgrading from version 1.0 to 1.1

I currently have version 1.0 NET Framework on my Dell
Dimension 8200 with windows XP Pro. The Framework program
is required by the PowerQuest Z2i Protector Desktop
Edition (2.0) program, which I am using for imaging
backup. Unfortunately for me the MS0-032 patch breaks
version 1.0 of NET Framework and I must upgrade to version
1.1 if I want to install this patch. Version 1.1 on
windows update is too large for me to download on a dialup
connection.

Does MS sell the version 1.1 upgrade on a CD, and if so,
how and where do I purchase the CD? Thanks for any help,
