Upgrading from MOOL to Office 2003 Pro Outlook

I have been using Outlook MOOL for the past year. Generally it has been ok
with a few exceptions like the crippled Import/Export and not being able to
go from it to Word 2000.

Now I am getting MS Office Pro 2003 and will upgrade and drop the
subscription to MOOL.

How do I make sure that all my e-mails, contacts, notes, journals etc will
be preserved? How do I back-up these files?

Copy to a local PST file and all that data should be accessible.
