Outlook live ( MOOL) cancel service

I received an e-mail that my annual subscription to MOOL is up to renewal.
I do not want to renew. I went to my account and there is a line "Cancel my
Service"
Clicking on that opens a sidebar that said " For Microspft Office Outlook
Live go to Outlook Live Customer Support" clicking on that shows articles on
How to and Troubleshoot. Nothing about contacts or how to cancel or not renew.

How do I infrom Microsoft that I do not want to renew Outlook live but keep
Hotmail Plus ?

It is not a technical question but it concerns Microsoft Outlook Online Live
(MOOL) and there is very little else in other areas. I was hoping some of
the administrators would know.
