Upgrading from ME

I up graded my computer from Windaow ME to Windows 2000 professional
it ask me if I wanted to save settings I said yes and upgraded .
I lost all outlook express emails and address book
I can't even open emails anymore
I need some help

maybe do an advanced search for *.dbx
and see if you can import them
