Upgrading from FP 98 to FP 2003

I recently purchased a new computer with Windows XP Home to replace an old computer with W98. The old computer had FrontPage 98 installed. I am retiring the old computer and would like to upgrade to FP 2003 on the new computer, but FP 98 will not work on Windows XP. How can I upgrade from FP 98 to FP 2003?

When prompted for qualifying product, insert the FP98 CD and then point the
dialog to the CD drive.
