school vs home computer fp problem...please help asap

Please...I need your help!!!

I have always created a website to help keep parents informed about what is
going on in my classroom through a website I created with frontpage. My
school's computer still has FP, but my newer home computer that I purchased
this year does not.

Dell told me to uninstall my MS Office newer version that doesn't have FP
and reinstall it with the CD the school offered teachers with FP on it.

However, I have lost the Product Key Code since I purchased the FP CD from
my school in 2003 or 2004. Now I can't get my FP to download onto my new
home laptop.

I would rather not use the school's computer with FP b/c it is SUPER SLOW
and a VERY OLD COMPUTER.

Does anyone have any suggestion about how I could get FP on my new home
computer. I purchased Windows XP Office and VISTA (b/c I heard there were
problems with VISTA) for my new computer, but I wasn't aware that neither
would come without FP or the replacement for FP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You'll need to contact the vendor from where you purchased FrontPage to see
if they can issue another product key. If not, and you can't find another
copy for purchase (FP is no longer manufactured or sold) you are out of luck
and will need to purchase the replacement, Expression Web.

When you purchased Windows XP Office (assuming you meaning Office XP, which
is 2002) or an operating system, it makes sense to find out from the seller
website what programs do come with it.

Now you also know the importance of keeping a copy of product keys in a safe
place.

If the same exact program is on the school computer you can download the
free Belarc Advisor www.belarc.com, install it on the school computer
and that will give you the product key.
