Upgrading evlaution copies of windows 2000

We are evaluating Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2000
Advanced Server.
Can we upgrade to the full licenced copies without doing a
re-install and losing data, programs and other valuable
data ?

You can "upgrade" but would need a full version to do the upgrade unless you have a qualifying prodcut CD to get the upgrade
license, such as NT 3.51/4, Windows 95/98. The other operating system doesn't have to be installed, if it isn't setup asks for the
CD.
