Upgraded Processors Not displaying

After upgrading four processors to 700 mhz from 500 mhz, when I manage the computer and look in system information it still reports 500 mhz for the processors. How can I get it to display the correct processor information?
 
Is the system designed and configured to run at 700 MHz? Windows should
report the speed that the processors are running at.
