upgraded ME to 2000, no prior PWS, can't load IIS

Dell laptop with ME, wanted to upgrade for web work with
IIS, updated bios, upgraded to Windows 2000. Can't load
IIS since had no Personal Web Server previous installed.

How do I get IIS installed? I tried to put on NT4.0
patches, but didn't work.

There is no upgrade path from ME to W2K. Do a clean
install.
