Upgraded from Win98 to XP - Cannot see all the entries to ALL PROGRAMS

After upgrading to XP, now when I click on ALL PROGRAMS
from the START MENU, it does not list all of my programs,
the screen runs out of room and there is not a way to see
the additional ones that don't fit on the screen.

Is there a way to change the dispaly so that they will all
be accessible ?

Try increasing the screen resolution. And using
personalised menus.

How do you use personalised menus ? I also noticed when I delete shortcuts from the desktop on one account, it also deletes them from the desktop of other accounts. Kinda defeats the purpose of having multiple accounts
