Upgraded from Win98 to W2K Pro

Going crazy. Does anyone know what syscpy.exe and
VsMain.exe errors are? I have syscpy.exe and syscpy1.exe
in System Info. Also, I have McAfee Pro 7 running and
every time I run scan to find errors, I get VsMain.exe
error and it shuts down. Any help would be immensely
appreciated. - Diane

Diance syscpy1.exe is a virus it appears your system is infected.
