upgraded from 2000 to xp office - lost pstprx.dll - what now? No .

I have just upgraded from office 2000 to office xp. Now when I attempt to
open Outlook I get a message to the effect the pstprx.dll file is missing and
my folders cannot be displayed. Other areas of Office appear to be working
ok.
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and repairing.
