Upgrade from Outlook 98 to XP

I just installed Office XP, upgrading from Office 97 (Outlook 98). Outlook does not work properly and keeps giving this error message: " Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured." I cannot locate the specified .DLL file anywhere. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Recreate your mail profile;
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...
