Outlook upgrade

I installed MS Outlook 2002 to uprade Outlook 2000. Now
when I open Outlook 2002 I get the following message and
no Outlook functionality. I am at wits end! Please help.

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not
access the specified folder location. The .DLL file for
the information service could not be found. MAPI was
unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure
the service is correctly installed and configured.

Recreate your mail profile and/or make sure you've got the latest Office XP
Service Pack installed (Service Pack 2)
