No, to upgrade from Vista Home Premium it would be Ultimate.

Rick, I don't believe VHP to Business is an upgrade path.

You would be eligible to buy a retail Upgrade Editon of Windows Vista, but
you cannot do an inplace upgrade from Home Premium to Business. You would
have to do a custom (clean) install. If you wanted to do an inplace
upgrade, then only Ultimate would be able to do so.

connect to Domain Controler Windows 2003 R2 ?

Yes you can upgrade an OEM version. Yes Vista Ultimate can join a domain.

Thanks you for your information. I will do an full clean install with Vista
Business because I prefer that in case I need to reinstall in the futur. The
price is the same between Ultimate upgarde and Full Business.
