Upgrade

I need to upgrade my Windows xp machine to Windows xp pro.
I am using Netware for network the 5 version. Is the
upgrade process is the same as upgrading from 98? Would
there be any problem I might encounter? Please anyone with
a solid experience in this scenario respond.
 
It is an easy upgrade and should not give you any problems. The process is
the same.
