upgrade

I have installed the upgrade on a second computer, but when I start up it
will not go past 'sign on', when I click 'sign on' it says I can't accesss
until I have registered, so when I click register now, it goes to my desk top
and then 'sign on' again. and just keeps going back and forth between the
two. Can anybody help me?

XP can only be installed on one computer
 
Boot to Safe Mode, (F8 during restart) , and sing on as the default
"Administrator" account. Gto start/run, and type:
%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /A
