I was having the same doubt. I tried looking for info on
this situation on the Microsoft website, but found
nothing except the Beta Version. I would like to know
when there will be a new final version to download, paid

There is no such info, as even the date of release of the Beta 2 version is
still unknown.
What is known, is that between today, and 31st of July, there will be
released an update that fixes few reported bugs and delayes the "timebomb"
date for Beta 1.

The final version will be available for free to all licensed Windows users.
We don't know when beta 2 will be coming, but it is expected to interface
with Internet Explorer 7, which could possibly suggest that beta 2 might not
be here until IE 7 Beta starts.
