upgrade report for win 2000 pro advices that the following
hardware may not support win 2000 without additional files
and that some of these entries may be software that is
registered as hardware

Display adapters
NVIDIA Aladdin TNT2
Network adapters
SiS 900 PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter
Other devices
PCI Communication Device
Sound, video and game controllers
CM 18738/C3DXPCI Audio Device

How do I begin to address this problem?

Check the hardware manufacturer's web site for the latest Windows 2000
driver for your device.
