Upgrade to XP

When i want to upgrade from Win98 to winXP, setups says
you have "INTEL 82801DB/DBM SMBus Controller 24C3"
potential problem. How can I solve it? I already have
intel cipset software ver 4.0.22 installed in Win98. My
chipset is 850E and 256 RDRAM.
plz help
 
Hi Nirvana,

Windows does not recognize the device. Try going to the Intel site and see
if they have a driver for it. After you upgrade, you can install the
driver.
