Upgrade to XP

Is there any way to upgrade from Win 2000 to Win XP? I
tried but upgrade failed. Error message stated that there
was no path to upgrade. Does this mean I have to reformat
my drive and reinstall Win 98 in order to upgrade to XP?

2000 to XP is a workable path. Typically you only need qualifying media to
upgrade.
